Project Director Position

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project management initiatives and improve end-to-end service delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of processes and best practices in project management, as well as strong interpersonal skills and account management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management initiatives to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in project management with a focus on regional programs and construction teams.
  • Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms such as Revit, BIM, Autodesk, Sharepoint, Excel, and Power BI reports.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
