Job Description

The Senior Associate Director of Scholarships will play a key role in leading our scholarship programs, overseeing external funding sources, and developing strategic initiatives to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase scholarship opportunities and revenue streams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on scholarship administration and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in higher education, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
