Senior Associate Director of Scholarships

Role Summary

The Senior Associate Director of Scholarships oversees the management of scholarship programs, ensuring maximum awarding to deserving students while maintaining informative, responsive, resourceful, compliant, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and coordinates scholarship administration, operations, and policies within the Office of Financial Aid.
  • Develops and implements business processes for scholarship programs consistent with campus academic agendas.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field is required.
  • 7 years of experience in accounting, student services, enrollment management, higher education student affairs, and financial aid or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Work Environment

Reports to the Deputy Director of Financial Aid with internal and external contact with students, faculty, staff, student advocates, and representatives of government agencies, community organizations, legislative representatives, scholarship organizations, foundations, and the public.
