Senior Manager Business Partnering Job Opportunity

**About the Role:**

Oyster is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Business Partnering team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive decision support and analysis across the organization.

The Senior Manager will collaborate with finance and business leaders on company-wide strategic decision making, build relationships across the organization, and become a trusted partner to functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with FP&A and business leaders on company-wide strategic decision making.
  • Understand key SaaS metrics and benchmarks, adapting them to Oyster's business model.
  • Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted partner to functional leaders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Strategic/Business finance, FP&A or management consulting, ideally with knowledge of a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key decision makers.
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics and benchmarks.
