
Sales Strategic Leader

We are seeking a results-driven sales executive to drive revenue growth for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with local accounts, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions, promoting our unique offerings and fostering key partnerships.
- Manage and report monthly KPIs and team performance to senior management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry, preferably in regional or multi-property roles.
- Proven experience managing sales strategies across multiple countries in LATAM, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Advanced proficiency in English and local language (Spanish and/or Portuguese, depending on location), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets.
