Strategic Sales Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key figure in our sales process, you will foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Position

As a strategic sales leader, you will lead technical discovery sessions and consultative introduction calls, gathering essential engagement details such as timelines, skillset requirements, risks, and SWOT analyses. You will then translate these insights into impactful proposals that showcase your expertise in business strategy and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives and develop targeted solutions;
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for value creation;
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Drive consensus-building discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation:
    • Design compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations;
    • Customize deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges and opportunities uncovered during discovery meetings;
    • Integrate technical insights with business strategy to ensure proposals meet client needs and expectations.
