Key Responsibilities
  • We seek a strategic leader to guarantee equipment reliability, reduce downtime and costs, and boost revenue.
  • You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, ensuring standardization and alignment with our fleet's needs.
Primary Accountabilities
  • You will design and maintain a comprehensive Maintenance Strategy, incorporating lessons learned from our fleet's operations.
  • You will oversee the development and implementation of maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • You will ensure efficient and optimized execution of maintenance activities, considering practical, technical, and financial constraints.
  • You will establish and enforce maintenance policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • You will support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of our Maintenance System, as well as the continuous improvement of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • You will provide guidance for FCA Analysis and ensure effective governance of change requests management.
  • You will define clear objectives for the Maintenance & Reliability team and provide support for individual and team development.
  • You will lead and mentor the maintenance team, including strategy engineers and reliability engineers, to align their efforts with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability analysis, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and asset management.
