
Sales Leader for Global Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to define, lead, and execute our global sales strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on sales expert who can build and scale a revenue engine across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and lead the sales function, driving the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution
- Set the sales vision, defining and executing our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the executive team
- Drive strategic revenue, targeting and closing deals with publishers, and establishing relationships with DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs, and exchanges
- Build and scale the sales team, hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing sales talent
- Act as a player-coach, staying hands-on in high-stakes sales conversations and negotiations while coaching others to success
- Proven sales leadership experience of 7-10 years in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- AI fluency, understanding the fundamentals of AI and machine learning as they apply to digital advertising, fraud detection, or cybersecurity
- Ad-tech fluency, deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges
- Strategic and analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions and challenging the status quo
- Exceptional communication skills, clear, persuasive, and confident in high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders
