This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and channel development across North, Central, and South America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an indirect sales strategy for the Americas, focusing on distribution and agency channels aligned with global objectives.
- Identify regional growth opportunities to boost revenue and market share through strategic partnerships.
- Select and manage a network of high-performing distributors and agents in the AMER region.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among channel partners, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Design and execute channel programs to enhance partner engagement and monitor distributor performance, offering insights for improvement.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize the distribution network and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Global Distribution Leader to refine global initiatives and oversight in the AMER region.
- Work closely with direct sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive sales operations.
- Negotiate and manage distribution contracts in alignment with the global distribution leader.
- Establish key performance indicators to evaluate indirect sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth understanding of principal-distributor dynamics in competitive B2B environments.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
