Job Title: Territory Development Manager

About the Job:
You will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and strengthening relationships with existing Channel Partners and End User accounts. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and manage complex deals to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow existing Channel Partners and End User accounts.
  • Identify and build Channel business by recruiting new Partners.
  • Manage strategic relationships at all levels for greater customer reach.
  • Involve in complex deals and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3-8 years of experience in Channel/Territory management and sales within the IT industry.
  • Partner/Reseller knowledge.
  • Established relationships at all levels with customers in the geography.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
