Objective:
In this key role, you will manage, direct, and drive a sales team responsible for selling advanced security services to service providers, telecommunication companies and large enterprises in Latin America.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand security service offerings, professional services, outsourcing of resident engineers, and technical account managers, to customer base in the region.
Develop the strategy, and lead the creation, of a Service Channel network in the region to support and deploy service offerings.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Staffs, directs, and drives a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of quota, growth, and forecasting accuracy.
Achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.
Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers with all accounts and leverage these relationships.
Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales focused on all business accounts
- Develop plans to achieve goals and exceed quota
- Creation of a security services sales strategy in order to introduce new services and grow the sales of existing security services offers
- Develop a service channel program and create a network of service partners that will help in service delivery in the region
- Maximize Company's opportunity while providing service solutions to target customers
- Serves as lead contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management
- Works closely together with country, territory and account managers in order to maximize the primary business focus and serves as team leader responsible growing service sales in the region
- Works closely together with Professional Services, and technical support teams in order to ensure the quality and success of service engagements in the territory
- Develops relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Manages effective working relationships with assigned CAMs, MAMs, Regional Sales, Technical Sales Engineers, TAC and Professional Services team members
- Consistently builds and delivers on an accurate territory pipeline
- Travels within assigned territory is required
**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years' experience managing a sales team
