  • Provide actionable insights on risk outlook and Code of Business Conduct trends to regional leaders, leveraging industry benchmarks and regional analysis.",[0]{1}
  • Design, implement, and oversee a global Center of Excellence as directed by the Global Compliance Counsel.",[0]{1}
  • Develop targeted training programs for your geography in conjunction with Ethics and Compliance Leadership, aligning with local business needs and goals.",[0]{1}
  • Offer support and guidance to the Code of Business Conduct Investigations Team as required.",[0]{1}
  • Keep Operating Unit legal teams informed about emerging risks and regulations in key compliance areas.",[0]{1}
  • PARTicipate in Privacy Core Teams within your designated area.",[0]{1}
  • Handle requests for Code of Business Conduct reconsideration/appeals.",[0]{1}
  • Onboard new entities relevant to your assigned geographies and provide ongoing strategic governance support.",[0]{1}
  • Lead third-party risk management programs in the region and address decision conflicts issues.",[0]{1}
  • Monitor local laws and regulations related to compliance and provide advice and summaries to stakeholders."],"[0]{1}

  • Proven experience in managing risk as an attorney or compliance professional.",[0]{1}
  • Experience providing clear and practical counseling to business leaders.",[0]{1}

  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls.",[0]{1}
