Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate month-end process (P&L) according to Group Policies, comparing actuals with Budget/Forecast and explaining major deviations">
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to Senior Management as required (review business opportunities, cost optimization, financial models, scenario analysis, among others)">
  • Lead a team of 8 Financial Analysts and one internship">

    • - Key skills include attention to detail, analytical thinking, leadership ability, communication skills, teamwork, time management, decision making, problem solving, strategic thinking, and continuous learning">
    • - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Administration, or related areas is essential">
    • - Proven experience as Financial Planning Manager, Controller, or similar role, with sound understanding of accounting principles">
    • - Previous experience with mid-to-large teams is necessary">
    • - Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (advanced skills with MS Excel), Power BI knowledge is a plus">
    • - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), such as SAP, Agresso, Oracle, or Totvs">
    • - Strategic thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities are crucial for success in this role">
