Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a finance function that drives business growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement budgets that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to ensure effective budget monitoring and control.
Internal Controls and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in audits by providing documentation and explanations to support financial accuracy and transparency.
Accounts Management:
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work with outsourced accountants to ensure accurate records and compliance with accounting standards.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and procedures, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
