The Role

We seek a Finance Advisor to work in our Brazil operations, reporting directly to the Country Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading technical accounting discussions to support the business, requiring a strong understanding of tax and IFRS guidelines.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects from an accounting perspective.
  • Providing input and data verification for the Annual Statutory Report.
  • Managing accounts and financial administration for subsidiaries.
  • Responding to tax office inquiries, requiring in-depth accounting knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with external auditor requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience working with multifunctional teams.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
