Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines, controlling and performing bank accounts reconciliation, and scheduling foreign exchange operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines;
  • Control and perform bank accounts reconciliation between all active accounts of the operation;
  • Schedule and expedite foreign exchange operations;
  • Organize and safekeep the company's physical and digital archives;
  • Prepare financial reports to management;
  • Coordinate the accounting closing routines (Monthly basis);
  • Track and register company's CAPEX;
  • Negotiate with suppliers representing the company's best interests;
  • Support the company in any Due Diligence and/or Audit operations;
  • Prepare monthly health insurance deductions to Payroll provider;
  • Help with administrative routines tied to hiring and dismissal of employees along with the accounting and Payroll provider;
  • Purchase new equipment and services for the operation;
  • Support the company in any possible administrative needs tied to the operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering;
  • Fluent English;
  • Desired experience: 0-2 years;
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Differential qualifications: Experience with SAP Business One (B1); Knowledge of Tableau.
