Job Title

A dynamic professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis is required to drive our organization's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • To oversee bank account reconciliations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • To coordinate foreign exchange operations and schedule transactions efficiently.
  • To organize and secure physical and digital archives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To prepare comprehensive financial reports for the company's board of directors.
  • To coordinate accounting closing routines on a monthly basis.
  • To track and register company capital expenditures.
  • To negotiate with suppliers to represent the company's best interests.
  • To support due diligence and audit operations as needed.
  • To assist with health insurance deductions and payroll processing.
  • To handle administrative tasks related to employee hiring and dismissal.
  • To purchase new equipment and services for the operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Experience with SAP Business One (B1).
  • Knowledge of Tableau software.
