Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a financial management framework to enhance the company's financial performance.
  • Lead a team of financial professionals in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting informed decision-making and driving business outcomes.
  • Ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes are in place, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are highly valued.
