- Assist the Director in managing departmental functions, including staff supervision and development;">
- Develop, administer, and evaluate major programs and projects;">
- Collaborate with other departments and work units to achieve departmental goals and objectives;">
- Conduct research as needed to support initiatives within the department;">
- Serve as a member of the department's management team by participating in strategic planning, staffing decisions, and other key areas;">
- Supervise professional and support staff;">
- Represent the department on various committees, work groups, and employee forums;">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience;">
- Effective leadership and management skills;">
