Industrial Production Planning Manager

This role is responsible for leading the planning team in developing and executing production plans aligned with business forecasts and backlog priorities.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure accurate material availability and capacity planning.
- Implement process improvements to reduce lead time, optimize safety stock, and enhance ITO performance.
- A professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit.
- Demonstrates agility to lead continuous improvement initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Acting with integrity, energy, and solution focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or operations roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/ASCP.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
- Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and intercompany operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA, and/or APICS certification is a plus.
