  • A strong liaison with global planning leaders is necessary to ensure best practices are adopted.
  • This role provides leadership and development opportunities for the planning team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or operations roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/ASCP.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
  • Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and intercompany operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA, and/or APICS certification is a plus.
