Logistics Network Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at one of our facilities, managing a team of operational leaders and ensuring efficient package delivery to customers worldwide.
- Lead the pickup process of Amazon orders from sellers and ensure timely delivery to last mile stations.
- Support labor allocation, shift meetings, task assignment, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Dispatch and First Day Pickup Success to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, reading).
- Experience in employee and performance management.
