Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to establish and lead a unified product operations function. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our product development organization, linking strategy to execution and ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and insights they need to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a clear, repeatable Product Operating Model that links strategic goals to roadmaps, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead planning cadences (OKRs, roadmap reviews) to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Align capacity planning, portfolio management, and execution tracking to improve efficiency and focus.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time in the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee governance, configuration, and adoption of core product tools.
  • Establish a central reporting hub for product metrics, enabling teams and executives to access timely insights into product health, delivery progress, and customer impact.
  • Develop structured intake and prioritization processes for product feedback.
Requirements
  • A resident of Colorado.
  • At least 8 to 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar cross-functional leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design and scale product operating models in complex, multi-team environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, setting expectations, and fostering high-trust, high-performance cultures.
  • Track record of implementing data-driven decision-making frameworks in product organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning, governance, and reporting at the portfolio or enterprise level.
  • Expertise in product development tools.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to define, track, and communicate product and operational metrics.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
