About the OpportunityThis role involves working closely with customers across various industries, fostering growth and building relationships within a community setting.
Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and supporting customer needs, allowing them to focus on their core business activities.
A Typical DayYou will begin by preparing the workspace for opening, ensuring all necessary details are in place. Throughout the morning, you will engage with customers, addressing their requests and concerns, such as WiFi access, package delivery, and meeting room assistance.
As the day progresses, you will continue to provide exceptional customer service, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. This may involve sorting mail, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with equipment setup for meetings.
In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to plan and organize events, such as networking sessions, and collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure a seamless execution.
As the day comes to a close, you will ensure the workspace is tidy and that all customers have what they need before departing. This role requires adaptability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About You- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
- Willingness to take ownership of problems and find creative solutions.
- A positive, enthusiastic individual who can adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and basic IT equipment.
- Licensed to work in Brazil and at least 18 years old.
- B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
