Principais Desafios
  • Buscar um retorno sobre os investimentos realizados;
  • Gerenciar a obsolescência e renovação dos equipamentos;
  • Imprimir mudanças relevantes na lógica de mercado e nos processos de comercialização para obter melhorias significativas em preços e margens;
  • Desenvolver as operações de exportação;

  • Visão sistêmica – capaz de entender e perceber a dinâmica do negócio e suas inter-relações;
  • “Tino comercial” e inovação – capaz de perceber oportunidades de negócio que não existem no mercado e na indústria tal como funciona hoje;
  • Liderança – capaz de gerir equipes e pessoas com autonomia e responsabilidade;
  • Cultura do negócio – capaz de entender e saber gerir um negócio de commodities;
