About the Job

We seek a seasoned project manager to oversee software development and web application projects, focusing on international clients. This position demands strong experience in project management, leading diverse teams, and ensuring objectives, deadlines, and scope are met through strategic planning and coordination.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work efforts, managing personnel and resources to meet project needs and goals.
  • Prioritize and maintain the task backlog for effective demand management.
  • Analyze and prepare technical proposals and functional documents that align with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Ensure that deadlines and costs remain within the planned scope of the project.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, evaluating completed tasks and activities to inform future decisions.
  • Foster communication with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to promote collaboration and understanding.
  • Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports that provide actionable insights into project performance.
  • Participate in follow-up and review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software/web development projects.
  • Experience working on international projects that involve daily use of English and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in both languages.
  • Based in the Latin America or United States time zone.
Nice to Have
  • Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, among others.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or large-scale projects.
  • Advanced fluency in Portuguese, although not mandatory.
