Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Specialist to support our project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on schedule.

This role is responsible for coordinating and performing quality assurance activities, including inspections, tests, and closeout requirements, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand all project contract documents and specifications.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify and report defects and ensure subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Prepare and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.
  • Perform work and material inspections, ensuring rejected materials are quarantined and removed.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Monitor Fire & Life Safety installations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Track project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality KPIs using analytical tools.
  • Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period (DLP) activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards.
  • Experience with project closeout procedures and defect management.
  • Familiarity with MEP works is advantageous.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data management and basic data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
