Key Responsibilities- Effectively handle customer inquiries and issues by combining business acumen with technical assessment skills.
- Perform troubleshooting of issues both through the UI and terminal interfaces.
- Work closely with Senior team members to develop your skills and technical expertise within specific areas of the product, with ongoing opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to recognize trends in customer feedback and translate customer needs into an improved overall product.
- Proven experience supporting software platforms/products in customer-facing B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, Redshift, MySQL, Oracle, and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of Data Modeling, ETL/Data Integration principles.
- Knowledge of Mongo Shell Scripting is advantageous.
- Experience working with JDBC framework.
- Practical experience with Linux operating systems (Debian and RHEL-based).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
- Understanding of Containerization Concept and Auto-Scaling.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages such as JavaScript.
