Service Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the scheduling of resources and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule the right resource to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of on-site visits.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of resource availability and commitments.
• Document each service call accurately in a timely manner.
• Prioritize tasks using sound business judgment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Collaborate with district managers to understand the service strategy for the district.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer first attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership and drives resolution.
• Negotiation skills to balance customer and business interests.
