Job Description:

As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule the right resources to meet customer needs, while thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

You will communicate and keep customers updated regarding the status of on-site visits, treating customer issues with prompt attention and an exceptional level of professionalism. Your goal will be to provide a positive customer experience by being accountable for scheduling the right resource, communicating effectively, and keeping accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in service scheduling or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English).
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask while working with interruptions.
  • Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to drive resolution of each situation.
