Job Title: Team Lead/Team Manager

Requirements:

  • Marketline MBA or an equivalent qualification with business expertise.
  • Medtrack/Citeline Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the publishing value chain and take ownership of coverage.
  • Establish expertise in company and/or drug profile research as well as financial statements analysis.
  • Interact with customers (internal/external) to meet process deliverables.
  • Manage & resolve escalations and issues raised by customers.

Working Conditions:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tasks and activities.
  • Provide regular updates to team leads and managers on progress and performance.
