Senior Operations Strategist

We're seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Operations Strategist to lead transformative initiatives within our Payments Business Operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to revolutionize operational processes through modern technologies, while driving efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the end-to-end transformation of Payments Business Operations, focusing on efficiency, self-service capabilities, and technology-driven solutions

    • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize key operational processes

    • Develop and implement technology use cases to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational metrics

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation initiatives with broader business objectives and technical roadmaps

    • Drive data-driven insights and translate them into actionable improvement plans

    • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives

    • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and payment partners to support innovative features and launches

    • Orchestrate high-stakes business events and operational reviews, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignment- Solid program or project management experience
    - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
    - Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Advanced fluency in English language- Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology for business process optimization-Driver of process improvements with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously- Master's degree or MBA in a related field
