Responsabilidades do Cargo

  • Garantir excelência operacional, eliminar falhas em processos;
  • Mantecer produtividade das equipes de campo, garantir perfeito atendimento a prazos e qualidade dos resultados;
  • Coordenar pessoal de campo, agir na gestão de clima, garantir coesão, espírito de colaboração e atuação em equipe;
  • Orientar solução de problemas seja em campo ou a distância;
  • Responsável pelos relacionamentos institucionais nos diversos municípios, construir bom relacionamento com stakeholders, agentes e autoridades públicas;

Habilidades e Conhecimentos

  • Elevado dinamismo, orientação para resultados e solução de problemas;
  • Grande habilidade na construção de relacionamentos;
    Gestão, liderança e motivação de pessoas;
    Excelente comunicação. Empatia. Carisma;
    Perfil capaz de gerar consensos e solucionar conflitos;
  • Direcionamento estratégico, visão sistêmica e analítica, negociação, raciocínio lógico;
  • Habilidade em trabalhar com metas diárias, semanais, mensais.
