About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering better care for billions of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of critical business projects applicable to Brazil Organization, including innovation projects, cost transformation initiatives, DTV programs, internal/external benchmarking, and business continuity solutions.
  • Support the Brazil BP Manager in connecting the Procurement function with Brazil Business Org, IPC Business Org, Global Procurement Org, and other Supply Chain functions to ensure strategy deployment.
  • Act as a PMO, ensuring all projects are delivered quickly and efficiently, enabling business growth and procurement goals.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Procurement topics related to Brazil operation, including supplier issues, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Provide insight on procurement/supplier impacts to proposed process changes and drive continuous improvement across the Procurement organization.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communication.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Consumer Goods dynamics, innovation frameworks, manufacturing techniques, and market strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in business, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • Experience influencing a large, diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate up and across the organization, cross-functional collaboration, functional, and technical awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive results in a global matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated success in project management of cross-functional projects – PMO skills.
  • Language: English skills – Advanced level minimum.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a major purchasing commodity group is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization, resolving complex issues, and identifying saving opportunities.
