We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Procurement Operations Business Partner to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Ads and Product & Tech teams, you will play a critical role in supporting our growing Ads business and day-to-day Product & Tech spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Ads business by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy and process improvements.
  • Partner with the Finance & Strategy team to ensure accurate coding and reporting.
  • Design and enhance finance workflows and tools to support the ads business.
  • Own finance-related tasks, including supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and procurement support.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to simplify and streamline finance and payment workflows.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in the Ads industry or similar fast-paced industries.
  • Deep knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process workflow, including supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and procure-to-pay process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in an ever-changing ecosystem of content, finance, and accounting issues and projects.
