Role Overview

We seek an experienced professional to deliver high-quality technical support and customer experience as part of our aggressive growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have robust Python, RPA, and Automation expertise, outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with technical users.

This role will report directly to the Head of Automation Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via videoconference, email, and chat, resolving issues related to software applications and services.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing support tools.
  • Document and track all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation to assist customers and internal team members.
  • Conduct user training sessions and webinars to improve customer knowledge and product utilization.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Contribute to our strategic plan; provide insights into technical support best practices, challenges, and lessons learned.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Advanced knowledge of Python, RPA, and Automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with technical users.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
