Project Director Role SummaryAs a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading wind tower projects in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in handling projects and possesses knowledge of steel manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of wind tower projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage outsourced manufacturing of wind towers in the LATAM Region.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders throughout the supply chain, from material purchasing to production and delivery.
  • Develop new sub-contractors for wind tower production within the LATAM Region.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Change management skills, including good communication, training, and coaching.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to ensuring progress and results.
Competencies:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Engineering & Manufacturing Industries.
  • Ability to understand the full value chain in any organization, with detailed economic understanding.
