Leadership Opportunity in Global Service Training

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to spearhead our service training strategy and drive exceptional customer experience.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global training strategy that delivers outstanding service excellence and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Create impactful training programs for our worldwide Field Service teams, including on-site, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
  • Design engaging training materials, such as learning paths, manuals, presentations, and digital modules.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and performance data.
  • Your Profile:
  • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, people development, or project management.
  • Industry experience in the paper sector is required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for people development and cross-cultural collaboration.
