Environmental Health and Safety Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Training Lead to join our team. As an EHS Training Lead, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and training strategy execution for the Global EHS team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in EHS best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training initiatives that meet business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong learning and training strategy leadership.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to facilitate complex discussions and synthesize key points.
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree.
- Working knowledge of EHS domain.
- Experience working in manufacturing or plant-based environment.
