Job Title: Assistant Junior Cropping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a junior cropping manager.

  • The role will involve managing and overseeing crop farming activities, including developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize yields and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Agricultural knowledge and experience with crop farming practices are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee crop farming activities
  2. Develop and implement effective cropping strategies
  3. Ensure efficient use of resources and equipment

Requirements:

  1. Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
  2. Previous crop farming experience essential
  3. Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
  4. Valid drivers license

Preferred Skills:

  1. Previous experience operating John Deere sprayers and harvesters advantageous
  2. Computer literate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, has good problem-solving skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
