Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to drive revenue growth and expand your expertise in the communication technology sector? We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Brazil and take our business to the next level.

Your Mission

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts in the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts in the assigned territory to drive revenue growth and account penetration.
  • Hunt for new business relationships and major accounts, with a strong focus on Telco and Cable (Communication Service Providers).
  • Develop, forecast, manage, and close sales of our solutions, including products and services.
  • Ensure growth in sales revenues through planning, execution, and collaboration with our functional teams: Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support.
  • Meet sales quota through effective planning, relationship building, pipeline generation, and follow-up on sales processes.
  • Manage the sales administration function, including required reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive sales and adhere to our sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in a high-growth, communication service providers environment with a focus on OSS/BSS.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Contacts in the industry and territory (service providers, partners).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders, and teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve vision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
