Lead Digital Sales in Brazil

At Refinery89, we're expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Director to spearhead our efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and developing a pipeline of clients in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Direct Sales efforts in Brazil, closing trading agreements with digital ad agencies and building a pipeline of clients.
  • Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs, developing effective sales strategies to win new business.
  • Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies, explaining the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales.
  • Existing network with connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and landscape.
  • Unmatched communication and negotiation skills.
  • Unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Portuguese and excellent English oral and written skills.
