We are seeking an experienced attorney to manage our tax litigation and corporate matters in São Paulo, Brazil.

This role will involve:

  • Managing the tax litigation portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient handling of cases with accurate risk assessment, reserves, and tax implications.
  • Capturing tax litigation opportunities to enhance positive cash or P&L impact to the business.
  • Providing advice on tax matters to internal teams, including Tax, Finance, Accounting, and HR.
  • Attending internal and external meetings representing the company's interests.
  • Supporting complex tax litigation legal matters, partnering with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in tax litigation and corporate law, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduation in Law with BAR approval and a Master's degree in Tax.
  • Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • A proven track record of providing outstanding legal services to senior executives and authorities.
  • Business-oriented with the ability to work with colleagues to identify and implement practical solutions.
