**Job Description:**

The Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of MEAL processes across PIN's Country Programme in Moldova. Reporting to the Country Director, this senior position is responsible for ensuring that all MEAL related activities are aligned with donors' guidelines and PIN's internal policies.

**Main Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the implementation of ethical principles in all MEAL processes at the Country Programme.
  • Draft and regularly update the MEAL Country Programme workplan and oversee preparation of MEAL project plans and data collection plans.
  • Support Country Director and program/project teams in developing accountability mechanisms, including the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM).
  • Ensure technical consultancy in MEAL assignments to program personnel at the Country Programme.


**Requirements & Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in MEAL or a related field, preferably with international NGOs.
  • Strong understanding of donor requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
