We are seeking a professional to fill the role of HR Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee services, including talent acquisition, report preparation, and timely submission to superiors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The HR Assistant will conduct the entire talent acquisition process, create reports on recruitment activities, and ensure accurate and timely submission to immediate supervisors or head office.
  • They will coordinate with various departments and functionally with HRD and other head office departments on specific HR matters.
  • The HR Assistant will facilitate the processing of third-party partner billing.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants should hold a college degree preferably in B.S. Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in handling HR/personnel supervisory functions is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential.
  • Computer literacy is necessary.
