We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives within the online gambling industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a deep understanding of the gambling and iGaming sector, ensuring our workforce aligns with industry regulations and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in gaming, betting, and technology-related roles. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Employee Onboarding & Retention: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training programs. Develop retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set KPIs, and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws, gambling regulations, and industry standards. Keep updated on changes in employment laws affecting the online gambling industry.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs, conflict resolution, and employee well-being initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Work with leadership to design competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages tailored to industry standards.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to improve employee competencies in gaming technologies, customer service, and compliance.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement levels. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to ensure the right talent is available to meet business demands in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of HR management experience within the online gambling, iGaming, or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices in the online gambling industry.
Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing geographically diverse teams.
Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements in the online gambling sector.
Experience working with international teams and remote employees.
Understanding of gaming technologies and trends in the iGaming industry.
