About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the People function, covering Culture, Performance, Development, Engagement, and People Operations.
  • Support HR areas such as payroll, administration, and talent acquisition.
  • Design and implement simple, scalable, and effective people processes.
  • Collaborate with team leads and leadership on HR challenges, balancing technical and relational skills.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, embodying Latitude.sh's values.
  • Utilize data and insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Handle sensitive people matters with empathy and discretion.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in startups or scaling companies.
  • Proven ability to create and implement modern HR processes from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to a fast, informal work culture.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in low-structure environments.
  • Creative, pragmatic thinker with a bias for action.
  • Skilled in strategic and operational HR tasks.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or above).
