We're seeking a skilled investment professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets, with a strong understanding of the technology sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, focusing on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
  • Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
  • Partner with senior team members on transactions and strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
  • Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
