Senior Bridge Design and Inspection Program Manager

This senior position involves leading the continued development of a bridge inspection program, encompassing staff training and development, quality assurance, workload planning and coordination, business opportunities, and client relations. Key responsibilities include managing area bridge inspections, developing Quality Assurance requirements and procedures, performing Quality Control reviews, identifying business prospects, and leading marketing efforts for proposals.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in bridge design and inspection.
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and various engineering software packages such as LEAP Bridge Enterprise, FB-MultiPier, LPile, AASHTOWare BrR, midas Civil, MDX, SAP2000, CSiBridge, RM Bridge, spColumn, STLBridgeLRFD, or STLBridge.
- MS in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Project Management expertise.
- Demonstrated business development and strategic planning capabilities.
- NHI 130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Training required.
- NHI 130053 Bridge Inspector Refresher Training required.
- NHI 130078 Inspection of Fracture Critical Steel Bridges Training required.
