Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to lead the development of scalable data analytics solutions to support commercial performance across Latin America.

This role involves designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to drive commercial teams' success in multiple LATAM countries, gathering requirements from senior leaders, and translating them into actionable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to drive commercial teams' success in multiple LATAM countries.
  • Gather requirements from senior leaders and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with global peers to adapt best practices and tools for LATAM markets.
  • Serve as the main analytics liaison for sales and marketing leadership, delivering timely and insightful reports.
  • Lead end-to-end data analytics projects from problem definition to user training.
  • Maintain data governance by managing master data and standardized reporting.
  • Promote self-service analytics through user training and BI tool adoption.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Global IT to improve data pipelines and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate level of Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in at least two of SQL, Python, DAX, or Power BI.
